European Seafood Exposition (ESE) 2011

ESE Fair, which has been organizing for 18 years and displaying varieties of products such as sea bass, gilthead sea bream, red mullet, gray mullet, anchovy, horse mackerel, trout, fresh and chilled or frozen products, marinated seafood products in a wide range, hosted over 1600 companies from approximately 80 different countries around the world.

Turkish national participation at the European Seafood Exhibition (ESE), which is known as one of the most important shows in the world, was carried into effect under the auspices of the General Secretariat of Istanbul Exporters' Associations under the consept "Seafood from Turkey”. Leading firms from the Turkish Seafood sector exhibited on 14 stands in Hall 11.
