The Turkish National Participation Organization of the Americas Food & Beverage Show 2025 Fair, which will be held in Miami/USA between 10-12 September 2025, will be carried out by our Association under the coordination of the İstanbul Exporters' Association General Secretariat.

                        The fair, which was held in 2024 and had Turkish National Participation for the first time, hosted over 800 participants with 20 country pavilions and 10,000+ visitors from 112 countries. The participation fee for the fair, which will be held for the 30th time in the USA and has attracted great interest from participants from neighboring countries, is 1,250 USD per m2.

                        The following services are provided by our General Secretariat to the companies participating in the fair with the National Participation Organization:

·         Renting the stand area, stand construction, decoration and cleaning,

·         Transportation, customs clearance and delivery of the participant products to the stands,

·         Being included in the official fair catalogue, the fair official website and the participant catalogue prepared in İstanbul to be distributed to visitors at the fair,

·         Provision of fair entrance card,

·         Utilization of office and communication tools (internet-telephone-fax) and catering services during the fair.

                         Our members who want to apply for the fair in question must fill out the Participation Request Form and Fair Participation Agreement in the Annex, with the company stamp and authorized signature, and send it to our General Secretariat by fax at 0 212 454 05 01-02 or by e-mail to hububat@iib.org.tr.
